According to the new crown pneumonia epidemic prevention and control requirements formulated by the examination center of the Ministry of Education, in order to do a good job in the epidemic prevention and control work after the re-examination of Cambridge English Level <>, all candidates who register for Foshan Meilun International Education Test Center must understand and comply with the following matters:
1. Candidates must enter the examination room through the main entrance (south gate) according to regulations.
2. In this exam, due to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, the admission time for students is 8~9 o'clock, parents please wait at the school gate. From 9 o'clock, parents who are interested in entering the school should contact the staff present and enter the school in an orderly manner from the main entrance (south gate) under the guidance of the staff. After the written examination, the staff will guide parents to pick up candidates at the correction gate (south gate). We will publish the specific arrangement of the oral test and the departure time order of the written test candidates on the Meilun International WeChat public account and school website two days before the test, and at the same time, this information will be posted on the bulletin board at the main entrance on the day of the test, please pay attention to parents. Parents and students can arrange their own lunch outside of school, and the nearby Florentia Village can be shopping, shopping and eating. In addition, you can park on the road in front of the school, or you can choose to park your car in the paid Florentia Village and the parking lot in the first time zone, which are very cheap. Due to the relatively short average length of the afternoon speaking test, parents are requested to wait outside the school to pick up the candidates.
3. Candidates must have their temperature checked and present their epidemic prevention health information code before entering the school, and candidates with a body temperature greater than or equal to 37.3 degrees Celsius are not allowed to enter the test center.
4. For safety reasons, candidates can bring communication equipment to the school on the day of the test. However, before entering the testing room, the device must be turned off or silent and kept by the invigilator.
5. Candidates entering our test center must wear masks at all times.
6. Candidates should bring dual certificates (original valid ID and paper admission ticket) to enter the test center.
7. Candidates are advised to arrive at the test venue 30 minutes or earlier on the basis of the specified arrival time to ensure that they have enough time to enter the examination room on time after completing the epidemic prevention procedures such as temperature check and epidemic prevention health information code (Yue Kang code) check.

In order for students to leave the examination room in an orderly manner after the test and facilitate the transportation of parents, candidates and parents are requested to understand and abide by the following matters:
1. Candidates must leave the examination room from the main entrance (south gate) according to the regulations, and parents will wait in the square outside the main entrance (south gate).
2. Candidates must leave the examination room in an orderly manner under the guidance of the invigilator or relevant staff.
3. Parents must register in the pick-up form of the leading teacher before leaving.
4. The pick-up time and sequence are as follows:
Morning written examination room
The written test ends at 10:40
Estimated pick-up time: 10:50 onwards, in order to facilitate orderly pick-up, parents please wait in line at the designated location at the square at the main entrance!
The pick-up order is divided into four batches according to the order of the examination room, and the interval between each batch is about 10~15 minutes:

Afternoon oral examination room
Oral examination end time: The oral examination room is expected to take 12 minutes according to the principle of first end and first exit.
Estimated pick-up time: Candidates are expected to arrive at the main entrance (south gate) in about 10 minutes after the oral examination.
The order of transfer is divided into 16 batches according to the order of the examination, please refer to the appendix for the order of the candidate's oral test
5. Candidates will go to the main entrance (south gate) in order according to the batch to wait for the parents to pick up, please go to the main entrance in advance to wait in line!
6. The interval between pick-up batches is expected to be 10-15 minutes, due to the large number of candidates, please wait patiently and cooperate with the pick-up and drop-off work of the examination room.
7. If parents cannot contact the student after the test, they can contact Mr. Xiong (Tel: 18566039171) who is responsible for arranging the transfer.
