With more than 20 years’ experience in education, he is the first batch of senior educators engaged in international high school education in China. He has worked as teacher，principal and general manager of school business in many well-known international education groups and schools in Shanghai and Guangdong. In the past 20 years, he and his team have worked together to cultivate more than 300 top students to Oxford, Cambridge, and Ivy League universities in the United States.

With over 40 years of experience in scientific research, teaching, and academic management both domestically and internationally, he has served as the director of a theoretical physics research laboratory at a Chinese university. He has held positions such as department chair, academic dean, academic principal, headmaster, academic director, and general manager at several prestigious schools and educational groups in Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangdong. Consistently adhering to a people-oriented, student-first educational philosophy, he focuses on cultivating students' independent character, healthy physique, scientific spirit, cultural literacy, and global perspective.

Former member of South China senior management team of The Cultural and Education Section of the British Embassy in China. She has cross sector working experiences in European business enterprises ,British public relations department  and Chinese International School.

Dr. James is a certified senior educator in British Columbia with extensive teaching experience. He worked in China for about six years, serving as the BC principal of Yantai Middle School in Canada, and as the Chief Operating Officer and Global Recruitment and Marketing Director of Maple Leaf Education System in Shenzhen.

Mr. Daniel Downer is an education specialist from the United Kingdom with nearly 30 years of extensive teaching and management experience. He holds a Master's degree in Modern Literature from the University of Kent, a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics from the Open University, and a Bachelor's degree in Literature and Philosophy from the University of Essex, along with a UK PGCE teaching qualification.  

Daniel's career spans across several prestigious educational institutions in both the UK and China, including roles as Deputy Head at The Royal Harbour Academy, Senior Lecturer at Canterbury Christ Church University, and Head of English at Wycombe Abbey School (China). He has achieved remarkable success in curriculum development and teaching quality improvement, notably elevating GCSE English results by 350% and leading teams to significantly enhance overall academic performance. As an IB-certified teacher and examination board assessor, he possesses extensive expertise in international curriculum teaching and assessment.  

Daniel is also dedicated to teacher training and educational research, having designed professional development programs for multiple institutions. With his profound academic background, exceptional leadership skills, and global perspective, he serves as a key core member of the education management team.

With 15 years of experience in student management within international education area, Katherine He has progressed from roles as a psychology teacher and homeroom teacher to Director of Student Development and ultimately Assistant to the Principal, overseeing student management. Her extensive frontline and managerial experience, combined with her professional background in psychology, enables her to deeply understand the psychological characteristics and needs of adolescent students, as well as the challenges and difficulties in pastoral care at the secondary school. In her practical work, she adheres to a gentle and  firm approach in guiding and educating students, striving to create a nurturing environment that prepares them for adulthood and study abroad by fostering their  skills.
