In the past 20 years, he and his team have worked together to cultivate more than 300 top students to Oxford, Cambridge, and Ivy League universities in the United States.

Daniel is from the United Kingdom, with a bachelor's degree in English literature and philosophy, and a modern Master ofArts degree. He has over 29years of educational work experience, mainly teaching A-Level and lGCSE courses, and has extensive experience in administrative management and university teacher training. He holds a PGCE (Graduate Education Certificate)and a UK Teacher Qualification Certificate in the UK.

Dr. James is a certified senior educator in British Columbia with extensive teaching experience. He worked in China for about six years, serving as the BC principal of Yantai Middle School in Canada, and as the Chief Operating Officer and Global Recruitment and Marketing Director of Maple Leaf Education System in Shenzhen.

With 15 years of experience in student management within international education area, Katherine He has progressed from roles as a psychology teacher and homeroom teacher to Director of Student Development and ultimately Assistant to the Principal, overseeing student management. Her extensive frontline and managerial experience, combined with her professional background in psychology, enables her to deeply understand the psychological characteristics and needs of adolescent students, as well as the challenges and difficulties in pastoral care at the secondary school. In her practical work, she adheres to a gentle and  firm approach in guiding and educating students, striving to create a nurturing environment that prepares them for adulthood and study abroad by fostering their  skills.
