Meilun adheres to the global selection of high-quality teachers, with joint management by Chinese and foreign principals, and joint teaching by experienced Chinese and foreign teachers. At present, the teacher-student ratio of Meilun International is 1:6, with 80% of Chinese teachers having overseas study experience, 80% having master's or doctoral degrees, and over 80% having over 8 years of international education experience. Among them, the proportion of Chinese and foreign teachers in UK Department is 3:2, and all subject teachers in BC Department are foreign teachers certified by the Education Department of BC Province in Canada. All teachers at Meilun International have corresponding teacher qualifications.
