From August 8th to 17th, the three-day MIC "Freshman Training Camp" was launched as scheduled, with exciting adventure games and fun outdoor outreach activities staged one after another. Different scenes bring different challenges, different situations produce different thinking, and under the guidance of mentor ERIC, the new students have completed a transformation of youth.
Through more than a dozen adventure games, the new student leadership training course introduced from the Hong Kong adventure training system allows new students to understand the characteristics (PBL) that leaders should have, master the interpersonal communication, teamwork, organizational planning, problem solving, self-management and other skills that leaders should have, and train students how to transform the experience gained into useful knowledge and skills.
