From internal open classes to high-quality demonstration classes, all teachers can gain a lot from each course. Teachers can not only freely express their confusion in teaching, but also discuss with each other the inspiration in teaching. In a relaxed and happy atmosphere, to promote teachers to update the concept of education, improve teaching methods, improve teaching level; Gather team strength in learning, let everything start around the students, learn and serve the teaching, and ultimately benefit from the students.   On December 22nd, the day before Meilun people were about to start the New Year holiday, all the teachers gathered together. They randomly selected four teachers to demonstrate the quality of the class by drawing lots.
