In order to comprehensively promote the construction of teachers, strengthen classroom teaching research, improve classroom teaching efficiency, and enhance the teaching level of teachers, since December 8th, Meilun International Education English Group has studied the test data deeply, seriously reflected on the teaching work in the previous stage, and successively launched a series of research courses. The first group to take the research course are ESL Preparation teachers: Monsieur, Cathy, Nic Arthur. Teacher Monsieur teaches report writing. Miss Cathy teaches a film review writing class. Ms. Nic teaches an email writing class. All teachers of the English Group participated in this teaching and research activity, watched and learned together in class, and made professional comments, experience summary and sharing after class. In the course evaluation, President Bai emphasized the importance of "red pen in class" for many times. Learning, practice and evaluation will maximize the efficiency of the children to master the knowledge of each lesson. At the same time, the scientific and effective design of homework can help children get into the best state of learning immediately and keep up with the teacher. "Teaching without studying is shallow; researching without teaching is empty. "This teaching and research activity has set up a good communication platform for all English teachers in our school. Teachers promote each other, learn from each other and make progress together in teaching, which has played a positive role in enhancing teachers' curriculum practice ability.
