In order to comprehensively improve the education and teaching quality of our UK department, further clarify the ideas, unified understanding, check the gaps and fill the gaps, and provide scientific data support and method guidance for preparing for the CAIE big exam, the school held the IG2/AS/A2 simulation exam results analysis meeting in the second floor lecture hall on April 22.
At the beginning of the meeting, Ms. Xin Lu, director of the Teaching Department, made a comprehensive and detailed analysis from four perspectives, including grade summary report, late CAIE exam review class matters needing attention & requirements, students' withdrawal situation, students' teaching feedback, etc. By comparing the horizontal and vertical subject data, we made everyone more clearly understand the teaching performance and shortcomings of their own subjects. And emphasizes the importance of teacher's teaching attitude and teaching ability!
Subsequently, the section leader of each subject group analyzed the problems exposed in the examination in detail by combining the examination results, examination content and students' situation of the subject. Through the comparison in forms such as tables and statistical charts, each student's learning state and learning effect had a scientific data presentation. The group leaders of each subject also put forward practical and effective improvement measures and methods for the next stage of review.
The success of the model examination results analysis meeting, so that each teacher's heart has a firmer goal, more clear direction. As the saying goes, plum blossom fragrance comes from bitter cold.
