Classroom Activities – “Dissecting for Growth” - Anatomy and Physiology

Publish time:2025.06.27

Our anatomy and physiology class encourages critical thinking, which is valuable for problem-solving, decision-making, and success in higher education. Most classes, especially in the BC program, include lab components, providing opportunities for hands-on learning through dissection, experiments, and the use of lab equipment. Dissection provides experiential learning so students can directly observe and interact with internal

structures that enhance their understanding of how different systems and organs work together, promoting deeper understanding. This early exposure to tools and techniques and familiarity with organ tissue bolsters students’ ambitions in pertinent professions!
