Meilun International Class of 2021 Graduation Ceremony

Here we go!

It used to feel like a long time

If you are not careful, it will come to an end

Walk through this gate of growth

The future must take the flower road!

Midsummer cicadas chirp, everything races. On the morning of July 7st, the graduates of Meilun International Education's Class of 31, together with teachers and parents, gathered to celebrate the graduation ceremony of the Class of 2021.

A crisp and melodious bell opened the curtain of the graduation ceremony! Chinese and foreign principals and a number of graduates climbed the tower to participate in the bell-ringing ceremony. The tower rings the bell, which is a tradition of Meilun International. Every year, a number of outstanding graduates will be selected to participate in the bell-ringing ceremony. This is not only a sense of ritual with beautiful characteristics, but also a unique and irreplaceable sense of honor!

Subsequently, Meilun first innovatively launched the Sceptre Parade Ceremony, led by Meilun BC President Kevin, holding the scepter to lead the graduates around the venue. The material of the Meilun scepter is made of brass and gold-plated, and the top presents the shape of a crown, and the school logo is also displayed on it, which symbolizes the active and vigorous will of Meilun students to "win the championship", and highlights the cultural tone of Meilun campus.

Three years of ups and downs, three years of laughter, three years of struggle, three years of growth, and it is time to graduate when we meet today. At this moment, standing in front of the door of hope, looking back, the original thorns have turned into blooming flowers.

Throughout high school, we learn to be strong from setbacks, master methods from problem solving, and be aware of responsibility in freedom. In other words, we become more independent and mature. But what I cherish the most is our encounter with each other.
Dear teachers, you are so good. You might say that's what you should do as a teacher. But in fact, in the ordinary, you create beauty. My chemistry teacher, Julie, liked to say to us, "The future is in your hands." "Here I would like to say that we are working together for a better future.

Each of our graduates here has faced similar challenges and overcome them through tireless efforts. For me, setting goals is the answer. We have been taught to maintain this habit in our vocational education curriculum since Grade 10.
During these years of high school, we stumbled between brief failures and successes. It is always our dream and goal that has driven us to where we are today. Everyone has a goal, and it's that defines us. We break down the end goal into small goals that are constantly achieved and updated.
Perseverance in our goals helps us find strength when we encounter Stonewall, not giving up trying, and waking up the next morning to put in more effort. So, tomorrow, when we walk out the doors of school, we take with us not just the transcripts or acceptance letters of our friendships, but also our courage and determination, our ability to face the inevitable challenges ahead.
