Recently, MIC held an enriching Public Speaking Masterclass & Swiss Universities Seminar, part of its ongoing Auditorium Series, to help students enhance their academic and career prospects.
The event, co-hosted by Swiss Education Group (SEG) and MIC International High School, featured TEDx speaker Kathryn, who delivered an engaging workshop on effective communication, stage presence, and core public speaking techniques. Through interactive exercises and real-world examples, students gained practical skills to boost their confidence and competitiveness in university applications and future careers.
Following the masterclass, SEG representatives introduced four top-tier Swiss institutions: SHMS Swiss Hotel Management School, CRCS Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland, HIM Hotel Institute Montreux, CAAS Swiss School of Business and Hospitality.These schools rank among the world’s best in the 2024 QS Subject Rankings, offering specialized programs in hospitality management, project management, luxury brand management, and culinary arts, with strong global career opportunities. The event was met with great enthusiasm, leaving both students and teachers inspired and better informed about international education pathways.
