Recently, students from the UK Department visited the Hanlan Nanhai Solid Waste Treatment Environmental Protection Industrial Park for an environmental-themed study trip. As a National Science Education Base, the park combines environmental education with advanced technology displays.

During the visit, students toured the control center of the waste incineration power plant and learned about the complete process of waste treatment and power generation. They also explored the Environmental Science Museum, where interactive exhibits and immersive experiences introduced topics such as plastic pollution and the greenhouse effect.

The trip not only broadened students’ understanding of environmental technology, but also strengthened their sense of environmental responsibility.

Students from the BC Department gathered for an inspiring study trip to Shenzhen Art Museum. Inside the museum, students explored a wide range of artworks, experiencing the charm of painting, installations, and visual media up close. Through observation, discussion, and reflection, they gained new artistic inspiration and developed a deeper appreciation for creativity.

Art not only expands perspectives, but also encourages students to express and think in new ways.

On the evening of May 27, the “Youth · Sound Waves” Lawn Music Festival brought the MIC campus to life. Teachers and students gathered together for a memorable summer celebration.

On stage, students energized the crowd with music and performances, while the open stage, interactive games, and water-gun battle filled the campus with laughter and excitement.

With lights, music, and cheers blending into the night, the festival became one of the most unforgettable memories of the graduation season.

From environmental exploration to artistic experiences, from thoughtful learning to joyful self-expression, MIC continues to encourage students to grow through practice and discover the wider world through diverse experiences.

Youth is shining brightly — and the future is full of possibilities.
