As summer unfolds and farewell songs fill the air, MIC (Majestic International College) proudly celebrated the Graduation Ceremony of the Class of 2026 on June 11, 2026.
Graduates, families, faculty members, and distinguished guests gathered together to honor a remarkable milestone and witness the beginning of a new chapter.
Centered around the theme “Mountains in your heart, The world on your feet” the ceremony was not only a celebration of achievement but also a tribute to growth, resilience, gratitude, and limitless possibilities ahead.
The ceremony began with a Graduation Parade, as members of the Class of 2026, dressed in their academic gowns, proudly walked through the campus that had shaped so many unforgettable moments of their lives.
From their first day at MIC to their final steps as students, the parade symbolized a journey of transformation—from curiosity to confidence, from aspiration to accomplishment.
The parade served as a reminder that while their time at MIC is coming to an end, a much broader world now awaits them.
One of the most anticipated moments of the ceremony was the Bell-Ringing Ceremony. Outstanding graduates admitted to G5 universities ascended the iconic campus tower and rang the ceremonial bell in front of the entire MIC community.
More than a celebration of academic achievement, the ceremony reflected the determination, perseverance, and global vision that define MIC students.
With every chime, the Class of 2026 embraced the future with confidence and purpose.
In his commencement address, the Principal reflected on the graduates’ remarkable journey at MIC.
He recalled the spirited debates in Model United Nations conferences, the lessons learned through com
munity service projects, and the resilience demonstrated on athletic fields and beyond. These experiences, he noted, have shaped students into thoughtful, courageous, and globally minded
individuals.
He encouraged students to cultivate critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to understand different perspectives. At the same time, he emphasized the importance of empathy, acceptance, and lifelong learning.
“Graduation is not an ending,” he shared. “It is the beginning of a new journey. May you see the world clearly while keeping your warmth; may you embrace reality while having the courage to create change.”
Valedictorian Melody Luo delivered an inspiring speech reflecting on her four-year journey at MIC.
She spoke candidly about the uncertainty many young people face when thinking about the future and how her experiences at MIC helped her discover confidence, resilience, and purpose.
From academic challenges and leadership opportunities to sports competitions and university applications, every experience contributed to her personal growth.
She expressed deep gratitude to the teachers, staff, and classmates who supported her along the way, highlighting the nurturing and inclusive environment that MIC provides.
Representing the parents of the Class of 2026, Ms. Wei An delivered a heartfelt speech that captured the spirit of MIC’s educational philosophy.
She shared her initial concerns when her daughter transferred to MIC and described how those concerns gradually transformed into appreciation as she witnessed the school's commitment to nurturing individuality and self-discovery.
Through academic exploration, leadership opportunities, competitions, community engagement, and outdoor challenges, students were encouraged to pursue their passions and develop their unique strengths.
In one of the most memorable lines of the ceremony, she expressed her gratitude:
“Thank you for giving our children not a mold, but fertile soil. Thank you for giving them the time and space to grow.”
She concluded by encouraging graduates to pursue the dreams that truly inspire them and to carry the courage to become their authentic selves.
During the Graduation Ceremony, MIC proudly recognized a group of outstanding graduates from the Class of 2026 for their exceptional achievements.

Faculty representatives also shared messages of encouragement and hope.

As a lasting symbol of gratitude and continuity, the Parent Committee of the Class of 2026 presented MIC with a Phoenix Tree.
Together, parents and school leaders participated in a tree-planting ceremony, marking a meaningful moment of legacy and remembrance.
The Phoenix Tree represents vitality, growth, and hope. As it takes root and flourishes in the years to come, it will stand alongside the trees planted by previous graduating classes, bearing witness to generations of MIC students pursuing their dreams across the globe.
Just as the parent representative beautifully expressed: “The Phoenix Tree you planted will grow. And so will you.”
