On the afternoon of August 25, 2021, Meilun International Education held the first section leader working meeting of this semester. The meeting was chaired by Director Xin Lu and attended by Principal Liang Ruijuan and Vice Principal Bai Huibing as well as heads of various subjects.
In the IGCSE and A-level exams in June, the group leaders of each subject carried out A detailed analysis of the results, using data to speak, through the form of table, statistical chart and other forms of comparison, so that each student's learning state and learning effect have a scientific presentation.
At the same time, the group leaders of each subject made clear the teaching plan of the new semester and the related work to be carried out in this semester, such as subject competition, subject association, personalized tutoring and excellence training.

At the end of the meeting, the principal Liang Ruijuan affirmed the efforts and efforts of the teachers, but also pointed out that each subject group should face the results, analyze the problems, and find improvement measures, the section leader should actively organize research, wake up the teacher's drive for self-development, improve the efficiency of the classroom. This section group meeting is not only the summary and reflection of the last semester's work, but also the reflection of the future work, so that the teachers clear the next stage of the work objectives.
