用更正道的情怀擦亮奋斗底色 求木之长者，必固其根本；欲流之远者，必浚其泉源。爱国教育、正确价值观教育一直是我们教育的根本任务之一，爱国始终是美伦学子的精神底色。8月17日，星期一的清晨，美伦为已返校的UK部学生举办了新学期第一个升旗礼。在这样一个新起点，学校特别邀请了佛山少年军校升旗队成员来负责这一次的升旗任务，他们矫健的雄姿、整齐的步伐、铿锵有力的口令和干净利落的操作向全体师生特别是新一届美伦升旗队成员做了一个完美的示范。同时，学校还在现场为新一届美伦升旗队成员颁发了聘书，队员们面向国旗庄严宣誓：“坚决拥护国旗法”、“民族复兴，使命在我”……
在升旗礼上，美伦白惠冰副校长为师生们带来了“用激情点燃成长的火焰”主题演讲，白校长引用“花有重开日，人无再少年”等名言和事例，劝勉同学们惜时读书，努力奋斗，少抱怨、多行动，通过持之以恒的辛勤付出，去探寻人生的意义，体会成长路上一个个进步的“小欢喜”、小成就，掌握获取终身幸福的诀窍。通过奋斗和努力，让别人因为你的存在而感到温暖，让世界因为你的存在而变得更加美好，这就是所有美伦青少年们应当努力具备的情怀和能力。

In the flag-raising ceremony, MIC Bai Huibing vice principal give a speech which the theme is "light the flame of growth with passion", she said "but once flowers, no more youth" words and examples, encouraging the students be precious, hard work, less complain, more action, through persistent hard work, to explore the meaning of life.Through struggling and hard working, let others feel warm because of your existence, let the world become more beautiful because of your existence, this is all MICers should strive to have the feelings and ability.
